All services can be rescheduled for the next available date and time. 

If the inquiring party is 20 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, they forfeit possibility of a refund and must schedule and pay for a new scheduled date and time. 

Mediumship Readings -
An attempt to connect with a specific spirit will be made before the appointment to confirm their strength and ability to come forward.
If they cannot do so during the actual session, a refund will be issued, less 20%.

Artwork, pottery, jewelry, and other artisan creations-
All artwork is insured. I can't control what happens once it leaves my hands, but notify me immediately if it arrives damaged. Please keep in mind that some art materials are hard to duplicate and/or are one of a kind, and can't be replaced.
