Mediumship Readings -
An attempt to connect with a specific spirit will be made before the appointment to confirm their strength and ability to come forward. If they cannot do so during the actual session, a refund will be issued, less 20%.
 
Artwork, pottery, jewelry, and other artisan creations- 
All artwork is insured. I can't control what happens once it leaves my hands, but notify me immediately if it arrives damaged and we can work something out. Some art materials are hard to duplicate or are one of a kind, and 
can't be recreated. 

All other services are not eligible for a refund.
